Kostaga aims to revive the artisan culture of Banaras. That is why all products sold on Kosataga are purely handcrafted by the artisans in Banaras and other parts of India.
- Where is the Kosataga store located?
Though we would love to have our own physical studio one day, currently we are only present online, on this website and our Instagram and Pinterest page.
- Is cash on delivery (COD) available?
Sorry, we don’t provide cash on delivery.

- Do you also sell jewellery?
We do not sell jewellery as of now. Kindly note that all accessories and jewellery pieces shown in the product display are only for styling purposes and not for sale.

We provide free shipping in India. For orders outside India, shipping charges are applicable on all the orders below 27,000INR .
- How to take care of Kosataga products?
Handloom products made of natural fabrics are delicate and require proper care. You should follow the below mentioned steps to increase the life of products:
-Always wrap them in a cotton fabric or a muslin cloth
-Do not hand wash. Stains and spots should be removed with petrol only
-It is advisable to fold your Organza saris in a roll and place tissue in between as you roll
-Avoid spraying perfume directly on the garment
-Do not use naphthalene balls to store the garment
-Please keep the garment in a moderate climate, as the zari tends to react to weather changes.
