Once the order has been cancelled or return has been accepted then the refund will be initiated back to your account after the package has been shipped back to and received by Kosataga, the refunded amount will reflect in your account in 5-7 business days. In case it doesn't please contact your bank.  

Cash on delivery charges are non refundable once the product is dispatched from our end.
In case you want to return the product (Cash on delivery items), you are requested to raise a return request with us. The amount will be refunded in the form of Kosataga Credits/Coupon Code which can be used to make the next purchase with us.

Return is accepted in special case like product received is either defected or different from what you orderd
