All Kosataga products are handwoven using 100% organic fibers and threads which are delicate and require proper care. Since handcrafting intricate designs and motifs take a lot of effort and time, we only keep limited stock of our products at a given time. That is why we only accept returns in special circumstances, when it’s absolutely necessary. Having said that, we rarely receive any return request and we promise to provide the best Kosataga experience to our customers.

  • We provide free shipping all over India with no minimum order. For International
    shipping, free delivery is applicable on orders above INR 27,000/-

    Please note: Kosataga is not obliged to pay any custom charges levied by the respective countries for international order.

  • What is the return policy? 
  • All our products are carefully handcrafted by experienced artisans and go through strict quality control before shipping. However, there may be a one-off case where a defective product is received by the customer. In such cases, you can place an exchange or return request within 48 hours of receiving the product (We do not accept return or exchange if the product is customized as per your need or request). The request will be initiated immediately and refund will be initiated back to your account after the package has been shipped back to and received by Kosataga, the refunded amount will reflect in your account in 5-7 business days. In case it doesn't please contact your bank.  

    We never compromise on quality and assure you of a great shopping experience with us. 

  • Can we cancel/return made on order products?
    Made on order products take 2-3 weeks to complete and our artisans start the weaving process as soon as you make the purchase on our website. Since the fabric for these products is very delicate and their handweaving takes a lot of time and effort to complete, these orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of making the purchase. Please note that these products cannot be returned and the cancel request will not be applicable after 24 hours of making the purchase.

  • How will I receive the refund for a product whose return/cancellation has been accepted?
  • In case of a valid return/cancellation, the refund will be directed back to the source from which you made the payment. 

  • Can I cancel my order before receiving the product?
  • Since products purchased from us are shipped within 2-3 days of placing the order, you can only cancel the order within 24 hours of making the purchase. We won’t be able to accept any return after the 24 hour period of making the purchase.

  • What to do if I have received a defective product?
  • All our products are carefully handcrafted by experienced artisans and go through strict quality control before shipping. However, there may be a one-off case where a defective product is received by the customer. In such cases, you can place an exchange/return request and send the picture of the defect on contact@kosataga.in within 48 hours of receiving the product. The request will be initiated immediately and money will be refunded back to your account after the package has been shipped back to and received by Kosataga. 

    Please note that the product being returned/exchanged must be unused and shipped back to us in original condition with tags intact. 

     

  • What to do if the product is damaged in transit?
  • If the product appears to have been damaged in transit, please write back to us on contact@kosataga.in within 48 hours of receiving the product.

     

  • For orders on COD
  • Once you place a COD order, we will confirm the address and other important details over a telephonic conversation on your registered phone number.
    Failing to do so might lead to cancellation of order.
    The package will be handed over once you make the payment to our delivery partner. Please note that the package cannot be opened before the full payment.

    Cash on delivery charges are non refundable once the product is dispatched from our end.


    In case you want to return the product, you are requested to raise a return request with us, on acceptance we will arrange the pick-up. Please hand over the package to the pick-up agent in original packaging. Once the package is received back to the Kosataga warehouse we will share the link on the provided mail id / mobile no. please use the link for refund, you will be asked for bank details in which you want the refund. 

    Please Note: Kosataga will not have the access of your credentials, your credentials will be encrypted and it will only be used by payment gateway and bank to process the transaction of the amount to be refunded.

     


    Please note that we currently do not accept returns for International Orders. Incase you want to return your order,  the customer will have to ship it back to us at their own expense. This is only applicable for International Orders.
