Shipping & Returns
All Kosataga products are handwoven using 100% organic fibers and threads which are delicate and require proper care. Since handcrafting intricate designs and motifs take a lot of effort and time, we only keep limited stock of our products at a given time. That is why we only accept returns in special circumstances, when it’s absolutely necessary. Having said that, we rarely receive any return request and we promise to provide the best Kosataga experience to our customers.
Shipping Information:
We offer free standard shipping throughout India with no minimum order and express shipping at cost of 300rs. For international orders over INR 27,000/-, free delivery is applicable. Please be aware that Kosataga is not responsible for any custom charges incurred on international orders.
Return Policy:
All handcrafted products undergo rigorous quality control. In the rare instance of a defective product, exchange or return requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the item. Returns are not accepted for customized products. Refunds are initiated after the product is returned to and received by Kosataga, reflecting in the customer's account in 5-7 business days.
No returns/exchanges are applicable for orders received during a sale.
Made-to-Order Products:
Cancellation of made-to-order products is only possible within 24 hours of purchase, considering the delicate nature of the fabric and extensive handweaving process. These orders cannot be returned after this timeframe.
Refund Process:
Valid returns/cancellations are refunded to the original payment source. The refunded amount will reflect in your account in 5-7 business days.
Order Cancellation and Defective Products:
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Defective products can be returned or exchanged within 48 hours by contacting us at contact@kosataga.in.
Damaged Products in Transit:
If a product is damaged in transit, inform us at contact@kosataga.in within 48 hours of receipt.
International Orders:
Returns are not accepted for international orders. If a Customer wants to return they must bear the expense of returning items.
